It is an insult to our intelligence, to think that's all there is. But I don't like the idea that someone is actually acting on purpose.

What reasons do you think there could be? If someone or someones are acting of their own will, that is. I've heard talk of the invitations, but I think it'd be foolish for anyone so desperate for an invite to act when it's clear we would hit twenty people well before the party.

Yes. The numbers don't work, not when we're down to this week and they're forcing someone's hand each week. Could something have gone wrong.

Something may have changed, or someone could be acting toward a different goal. I never did hear why Four decided to kill, beyond her own paranoia.

I didn't, either. But she was the sort of person it didn't surprise me from. Everything she said to me was trying to suss out whether I planned to take matters into my own hands.

The prodding questions did leave a bad taste in my mouth. The general consensus does seem to be that her actions aligned with what people knew of her, though.
