That's what I've been saying. Those demons are so fussy about us eating out of these tanks, but octopus is quite a popular sushi ingredient where I'm from.
I'm betting it's just because they're weirdly against us eating these creatures, for whatever reason. [Like it's normal to just walk into an aquarium to eat the creatures vibin there.]
Cosmopolitan compared it to eating the decorative soaps in a fancy bathroom.
