One would think that ghosts, who potentially have an eternity ahead of them to learn various skills should they manage to avoid being exorcised, would be a little better at this. Honestly, I am a little disappointed in them.
Yes. Not in every circumstance, but typically. I have known perhaps one or two who have managed to retain their sanity despite attempting to resist the pull of the river.
A bit, yes. There are certainly resentful spirits which are dangerous, and seem to have taken leave of their senses, but... there are stronger ghosts who have retained their sense of self, even in a different form, as well.
