That pigtailed girl told me that the purple demon is apparently more open to requests than the others. I haven't bothered to speak with them so I have no idea how true it is, but I suppose it'd be useful if it were.

[she will nod as though this is useful information when it's not, but neither is hers. they are so much better than people who get their heads stuck.]

The grey demon is the only one who keeps track of information. The others all depend on it because they are lazy, and know little else about us.

Figures of authority are useless wherever you go, I guess. Even that feels like giving them too much credit.

They don't seem to be trying very hard, no. One would expect a better showing from our tormentors.

I doubt it, though if any of them do, it would be that one.

Did you speak with them, then? They seemed like the only one worth talking to.

I spoke with all of them, in a "group chat." They said little, so I imagine you are right.

Yes, but they were incredibly unhelpful. More forthcoming, I think, when we were all gathered.

Just another part of their job, I guess. Petty annoyance unfortunately isn't a bad form of torture.

That feels like the direction they're taking for now, but I guess there's always time for them to change things up and surprise us.

I can't say I trust their intentions, but then, I do not give my trust easily.
