She made a foolish mistake, choosing to trust me with her intentions to kill. I managed to stop her from going through with it with a curse. But the real culprit wasn't found, so it was her even though she hadn't actually done anything.
The intent was enough to condemn, I suppose. I would think it is at least better than choosing someone who truly did not intend to act, in such a situation.
