harrow's room is bad. it is like the darkest, gothest, most uncomfortable monastery youโve ever seen, with a very dark and witchy vibe but also not comfortable or nice at all. it's lit only by candles and the only decoration is bones. thereโs a fairly large bed with a dark veil all around it, it looks dramatic but itโs not very soft. the decor of the bed is bone themed as well. thereโs an old fashioned wood writing desk with some paper, pens, and books, weirdly a couple titty mags. in the corner thereโs a little chair (bone themed) for reading in, and a fairly small closet that contains a lot of black outfits and a little station for doing face paint.
other than that thereโs just a lot of skeletons all around? some complete skeletons, some bone fragments or broken skeletons, some skeletons just hanging from the ceiling. other skeletons just in a pile on the floor.
she is lying in bed. unusually for her, she isn't wearing face paint, she just has blood smeared on her face in the shape of a skull.]
[this is indeed bad, but he's worried enough about her that he just gives it all a cursory glance before he walks towards her, frowning. upon seeing the blood on her face, though...]
For me, it's preferable to feel productive. For example, I'm curious whether my excursion and Lup's, when viewed together, suggest an intention on the part of the Host to get out of our contracts.
Cloud brought up that he thinks he's going to use the lobby thing against us. Like... Since the contract mentioned that we specifically have to be there to save our hostages and go home, he's going to try and block it off once we reach eight weeks somehow, maybe.
w4, thursday.

Hello, Rupert.

Uh - does that need to be washed off...?
no subject
No, I put this here.

[a beat, before:]
No, more importantly - are you okay? What happened?
no subject
[but she nods.]
We were attacked by wraiths and hit by a car, but I'm doing alright.
no subject
[he sucks a breath in through his teeth, though, wincing as he hears that.]
The car thing seems like it would seriously hurt... How much did you get healed?
no subject
[be reasonable!]
Aquila did an acceptable job. I'll be fine.

[harrow your outside blood
after a moment, though:]
Physically, but... How are you feeling? If I can ask. I just know those things are always really hard.
no subject
[listen it's fine.]
You can ask. I'm a bit disoriented. But I - I've seen worse.
no subject
[he'll drop it after that, though. probably.]
If you're disoriented... Maybe you should rest for a while instead of talking about it? Although - I'm sorry you've seen worse, either way.

What about yours makes you think that?

I doubt we'll find the means to accomplish it any time soon, but we're more than halfway through.

Yeah. If I hear about any more information that might help going forward, I'll let you know.
