We were in a ... labyrinth, they called it. Just me and Marie at first. Ran into two girls, going for some sort of treasure. One started immediately with the whole calling me a demon and shooting a gun at me, the other one was a bit more timid. Marie didn't care for that, we got in a scuffle. Suppose I learned my lesson from last time, I ended up killing the one that was being weird about the whole tiefling thing. In my defense, didn't think she'd go down that easy. She's the one that shot me in the arm and then stabbed me after I got the gun away from her.
Nah. Think Tsuru knew one, Claude the other. [ Tsuru's republican friend ... ] We ended up all together after a bit. Then of course, that's when we ran into you.

He was a bit more chatty than you were, until the fireballs, as is typical I think, and yadda yadda, I had this knife thing I was supposed to use, so I stabbed him, and then I "died" a few times so on and so forth, Lucien stole my eyeball and choked me out, Marie has very bad aim, on and on, Caleb shows up again and has better fireball aim this time, erm, I finish ... stabbing him ... and it ended up alright! Everything was good. So there's that.

It wouldn't have helped much! It was gone by the time we left the labyrinth, and at that point I only had the eye and there's not so much you can do about it. See?
