Lost and found seems a bit too mundane. And weird for a gift shop. I wonder if it's rotating stock?

[ another game, a new week, and a first body. wow. it's just like old times. ]

[ yeets something out here, rng says it's the courtyard and harrow can find yuri just flopped in a nice patch of grass. he'd look comfortable if he wasn't just staring into the abyss the entire time like it's going to answer all his questions or hopefully void him so he doesn't have to sit through another execution. ]

I deeply miss when we could just get up and leave if we wanted to.

[honestly harrow's fine that was fine. aside from her getting beaten up.]

[ i scrolled through the locations page, remembered the anime store and closed my eyes. so anime store it is. yuri looks like he's raided the costume closet already today, and maybe he's regretting it because it's definitely a little too warm in here.

he's fanning himself with the corner of his cardigan, and turning a figurine around in his spare hand. when harrow gets closer, she'll be able to see he's holding a figurine of kazunari -- but near him on the shelf there's one of marie, and one of emet-selch as he appears in the hotel. ]

... So this is their game then. I wonder how long it'll be until we find ourselves with access to the station again.

[oh, fashion. harrow approves of the look. she is a little more bewildered by the presence of the anime store. looking through some anime figurines.]

...Is it odd if I say I wouldn't mind that? I know I am strange in this respect but I have many fond feelings towards that place.

[ finally, a library.

although, while the library wasn't a make or break thing for yuri, he does seem to be enjoying it now it's here. he's tucked away in a corner with a number of books and a hot drink, hair wound back into the same pin he had on during trial on saturday.

get close enough, and this will seem like an impressive feat given it seems to be part feathers as well as part hair, but is holding up all the same. ]

[i bet she is, seeing as she's already wandering around pulling random books off the shelf.]

How interesting, I didn't expect to find - ah, Yuri. Yes, quite.

week 2; sunday

[harrow can be found in the library (see she likes it) sunday afternoon. when she sees yuri, she nods her head to stop to talk.]

What do you think? Do we still have a shadow roaming about?

[ the library.... yuri's new mortal enemy. ]

I deeply hope not, but a shadow possessed body running around killing at random would probably be something the Nightman would find endlessly entertaining.

week 3; monday

[harrow hardly gets far on monday. she can stay in her room, but eventually even she will find the need to come out to eat. she goes to the restaurant and has breakfast and coffee brought to her. but before she can return to her room, she runs into yuri.

and a memory will play. by the time it ends, harrow has put down her coffee, running her hands down her painted face, smearing the paint.]

[ as always in weeks like this, nothing is especially kind or convenient. memories will choose the worst moment to pop up out of nowhere and play themselves like a pantomime on stage for the eyes and ears of an unwitting audience.

yuri barely gets a moment to open his mouth to say anything at all, before there's sprinkles and stardust and his own past and memories are being paraded around in return (7:23 - 9:21). he doesn't have quite the reaction harrow did, but he does look immediately tired. ]

...

It's difficult not to feel responsibilty when people you know and care for die. Whether you are actually responsible or not.

[ so. this sucks? this sucks a lot actually. yuri's in the library -- weirdly, he seems like he's looking up books on mathematics? ]

I expected an escalation, but somehow this was more than I thought there'd be.

[she nods, looking tired.]

Yes. I did as well, but...[a sigh.] I was rather fond of Hope, in particular. What are you looking at?

week 3; saturday

[she's wandering the halls after the trial, exhausted, her expression with a frown deeply creased in her paint.]

...What was that, exactly?

[ exhausted is a mood. ]

[ ahh. the station. their old friend. and here they thought they'd escaped it for good.

yuri is in the common room, although he hasn't seated himself at the bar area. and he's ignoring the hot tub. he's instead flopped on one of the couches, sifting through the select of dvds with an amused look on his face. ]

Hey, Harrow. I guess we knew it was only a matter of time until this place showed up, huh?

[she'll come over to look at the DVDs as well.]

It's a bit nostalgic, yes.

[ just immediately voids them two people are dead and yuri looks like he's about to break furniture he's so mad. ]

[she's coming, limping slightly, towards him.]

w4, saturday

[ well after that shitshow he's definitely here to check up on harrow -- and will give her door a little knock to see if she's there. ]

Harrow?

[she's here, yes. yuri has rights, so she lets him in. she's obviously been crying, but she's stopped for now.]

week 5; saturday

[after trial, harrow is just exhausted. but yuri has rights, she'll talk to him. she wipes her eyes and some of her paint away.]

I'm so sorry, Yuri. It's my fault.

[ harrow your paint... ]

Unless you specifically possessed Dimitri and had him target Claude, then no it's not. Fingers have to be pointed, and there's usually a reason you choose to focus on someone like that.

week 6; friday

[where's yuri? she's going to look for him after.]

[ void it is. yuri just looks tired, and a little annoyed. but he does nod when he sees harrow. ]

Hey. You doing better now we're out of there?

[she's catching her breath a bit, but she nods.]

week 7; friday

[sometime after curfew is lifted, sitting down with yuri for a bit.]
